Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well after each addition.
    Sift flour with soda added to the last 1/2 cup flour.
    Add this to creamed mixture along with buttermilk. Add lemon extract.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in skillet for 30 minutes.
