Christmas Molded Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
    1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
    4 c. boiling water
    3 1/2 c. cold water
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 small jar cranberry orange relish
Preparation
    Prepare gelatin. Add fruit, nuts and relish. Let mold in refrigerator.
    Serve
    on lettuce.
