Muffeletta Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. green olives, crushed
    1 tsp. olive juice
    6 oz. can black olives, crushed
    3 1/4 oz. jar capers, drained
    3 carrots
    3 stalks celery
    1/4 onion
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Serve on French rolls along with Swiss cheese, ham, salami, pastrami, mayonnaise and mustard.
