Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

36 jumbo shrimp
8 cloves garlic
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper
Preparation

Using a sharp knife, split the unshelled shrimp through, lengthwise, almost to the tail, leaving the feet and tail intact. Remove the veins and pat shrimp dry with paper towel.
