Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
4 oz. pimento
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. Minute rice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage lightly and drain.
Mix all ingredients.
Bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
