Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 8 medium-size apples
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon or to taste
5 to 6 Tbsp. butter (room temperature)
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Put water in baking dish.
Peel and core apples and slice crosswise into dish.
Mix thoroughly flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter.
Pour over apples and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
