Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1 pkg. poultry seasoning (Pepperidge Farm herb)
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender. Drain.
    Mix other ingredients together.
    Put into casserole dish.
    Pour melted margarine over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
