Taco Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    15 1/2 oz. can whole kernel corn (undrained)
    10 oz. can diced tomatoes with chilies (undrained)
    15 oz. can chili beans (undrained)
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup (undiluted)
    1 c. water
    baked tortilla chips
    Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain and rinse with hot water to remove excess fat. Combine all ingredients, except tortilla chips and cheese. In a Dutch oven, simmer on low.
