Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. cucumbers
3/4 c. carrots
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. green onion
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. bell pepper (optional)
1 lb. tomatoes
1 pkg. plain gelatin (for sandwiches)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Use food processor to chop vegetables.
Drain liquid from vegetables.
Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise; add vegetables to cream cheese mixture.
Chill until firm.
