Yam 'N Apple Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (17 oz.) yam halves, drained
3 c. peeled apple slices
1/3 c. Kraft pasteurized orange juice
dash of salt
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. Kraft miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. Parkay margarine
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Place combined apples and yams in 8-inch square baking dish. Pour juice over yam mixture.
Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt, mixing well.
Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; stir in nuts.
Sprinkle over yam mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until apples are tender.
Top with marshmallows, broil until lightly brown.
