Italian Baked Chicken(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. canned mushrooms, drained
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish which has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Spread mushrooms over chicken.
    In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken and mushrooms. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
