Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts
2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted margarine
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Cook chicken; let cool.
Remove meat from bone and cut into bite-size pieces.
Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Layer chicken in pan.
Cook broccoli until tender.
Drain and layer over chicken.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and curry powder, blending until a smooth sauce is made.
Pour over broccoli.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Toss bread crumbs with melted margarine and place on top of cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
