Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. oil or margarine
6 c. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz. noodles
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. chopped broccoli
6 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Saute onion in margarine for 3 minutes.
Add water and chicken cubes.
Heat to boiling.
Stir until dissolved.
Gradually add noodles and salt.
Cook 3 minutes.
Stir in broccoli and garlic powder and cook 4 minutes.
Add milk and cheese, stirring constantly until melted.
Add pepper to taste.
