Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole eggs
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    pinch of cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 qt. milk
    6 Tbsp. cooked rice
    5 Tbsp. raisins
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine eggs, yolks, sugar, salt, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl.
    Heat milk in saucepan and gradually add egg mixture.
    Place cooked rice and raisins in bottom of a 2-quart baking dish.
    Pour milk-egg mixture over rice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until set.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg to taste.
    Serves 6.
