German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. thinly sliced, peeled apples
1 c. pecans or English walnuts
Preparation

Beat eggs and oil until foamy. Add sugar, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add vanilla.
Beat.
Stir in apples and nuts. Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
(I check mine at 45 minutes.)
