Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted self-rising flour
    1 c. Crisco
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. warm water
Preparation
    Sift flour into bowl. Add sugar and Crisco. Mix well with fork. Dissolve yeast in water and then add to the buttermilk. Stir slowly and add to the flour mixture, mixing well. Roll out. Bake at 450\u00b0 until done. Dough will keep in the refrigerator for 1 week.
