Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. paprika
2/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Soften cream cheese
in large bowl.
Add all ingredients except pecans; mix
well.
Chill until nearly firm.
Shape into ball, roll in
pecans.
Wrap
in
foil.
Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with additional paprika; slice to serve.
