Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (about 4 lb.)
    1 stalk celery with leaves, chopped
    1 small onion
    1 carrot, sliced
    salt and pepper
    some parsley
    6 c. bread cubes (stale bread)
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Cover chicken with water; add celery, onion, carrot, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Cover and cook until tender.
    Cool and pick from the bone; cut into cubes.
