Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cream cheese, softened
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 small jar dried sliced beef
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except pecans) with hands.
Roll into balls of desired size, then roll in nuts.
Wrap each ball in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate.
