Venetian Pasta Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine chopped onion
    1 (15.5 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 c. low-moisture, part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Stir in onion.
    Cook until tender.
    Stir in 1/2 cup sauce and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Cover each noodle with approximately 1/3 cup meat mixture.
    Roll up, starting at narrow end.
    Place, seam side down, in 12 x 18-inch baking dish.
    Spoon remaining sauce over noodles.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella and remaining Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
