Kahuileipa(Finnish Coffee Bread) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
8 1/2 c. flour
2 pkg. yeast
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
Preparation

Heat milk.
Stir in 3 cups flour and then yeast, dissolved in 1/4 cup lukewarm water.
Let rise 1 hour.
Add sugar, egg yolks and remaining flour.
Knead well 15 minutes or until dough leaves hands.
Let rise again until double its size.
Make into loaves and put into greased pans.
Let rise again (1 hour).
Brush tops with beaten egg before putting into 375\u00b0 oven.
Bake 35 minutes.
