Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chicken bouillon
2 c. coarsely chopped cucumbers
1/4 c. (approximately) chopped parsley
1/4 c. (approximately) celery leaves
3 Tbsp. chives
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. cream or lower fat milk
1/4 c. finely chopped cucumbers
Preparation

In blender, place the first 6 ingredients; blend on high for 20 seconds.
In double boiler, melt the butter and flour.
Pour in cucumber mixture and heat.
Take off fire.
Add the cream or milk and finely chopped cucumbers.
Chill.
