Chicken And Broccoli Stir-Fry(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 c. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    2 tsp. olive oil
    3 oz. uncooked chicken cutlet, cut into 1-inch strips
    1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. white rice
Preparation
    In a nonstick skillet, saute garlic and vegetables in olive oil.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook, covered, for 15 minutes, or until done.
    Add cooked rice.
