Easy Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 tsp. dried diced onion
    1/2 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (of your choice)
    1/2 c. chopped ham or 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 deep dish pie crust
Preparation
    Cook vegetables.
    Drain and add onion.
    Bake empty crust for 5 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Remove crust from oven and place vegetables, ham and cheese in crust.
    Beat together eggs, milk and salt and pour over vegetables.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    This freezes well in the pan.
