Curry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. boneless Chicken
2 Tbsp. Curry Powder
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Oil
Preparation

Cut Chicken in small pieces.
Combine Chicken, Curry Powder, Black Pepper, Seasoned Salt, Garlic Powder and Onion Powder in a a large bowl.
Cover and mix well.
On top of stove in a large sauce pan, put in Oil and add Chicken.
On low, stir every 10 minutes for at least one hour or until tender.
Serve with white rice.
