Crisp Chocolate-Raisin Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. peanut butter
2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation

Line loaf pan with waxed paper to overlap sides of pan.
In a 1-quart bowl, add chocolate and peanut butter.
Microwave until melted.
Add cereal and raisins.
Mix.
Pour into pan and press to flatten.
Put into freezer for 1 hour.
Store in freezer.
Makes 8 bars (1/2 fruit, 1/2 protein, 1/2 fat and 60 optional calories).
