Lemon Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon cake mix
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
    4 eggs, unbeaten
    1/3 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Mix together cake mix and instant pudding.
    Add 3/4 cup oil, water and eggs.
    Beat 4 minutes with electric mixer.
    Pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for about 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    While cake is baking, mix together confectioners sugar and 2 tablespoons oil and orange juice.
    When cake is done, punch holes closely all over the top (while cake is warm).
    Pour mixture over the hot cake. Cover cake with lid or tinfoil.
    Let stand until thoroughly cold (3 to 4 hours).
    Store in refrigerator until serving time.
