Potatoes Chantilly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes
1/4 c. margarine
salt and pepper to taste
hot milk
3/4 c. whipped heavy cream
1/3 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut in half.\tCook in boiling, salted water until soft, but not mushy.\tDrain.\tRub potatoes through sieve. Return to pan and work with wooden spoon until smooth. Add margarine and salt and pepper
to
taste.
Add
hot
milk until desired consistency is obtained.
Beat until fluffy.
