Japanese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix together margarine, sugar, vinegar and vanilla.
    Add eggs, raisins, pecans and coconut.
    Pour into a pie crust and bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
