Pork Chop And Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion, sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 c. chicken broth
    4 medium potatoes, pared and thinly sliced
Preparation
    Brown chops in oil in a large skillet.
    Remove to a plate. Add onion to skillet; saute until tender.
    Remove from heat; reserve.
