Mocha Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup warm water
    2 tablespoons of Hershey's Cocoa
    1 tablespoon of sugar
    1 to 2 teaspoons powdered instant coffee
    1/2 cup milk
    2 cups vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Place water, cocoa, sugar, and instant coffee in blender. Cover and blend briefly on low speed.
    Add milk.
    Cover and blend well on high speed.
    Add ice cream.
    Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
    Garnish as desired.
