Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated cheese
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 green bell pepper
    1 tsp. hot red pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour in desired pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
