Reuben Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

36 slices party rye bread
6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with caraway seed
8 oz. can (1 c.) sauerkraut, well drained and snipped
8 oz. thinly sliced, smoked turkey or corned beef
1/2 c. Russian or Thousand Island dressing
halved sweet pickles
Preparation

Place thin sliced cheese on bread.
Top with 2 teaspoons sauerkraut; add turkey or corned beef, then scant teaspoon of dressing.
May be refrigerated up to 2 hours.
Heat in oven. Garnish with pickle.
