Ingredients

2 eggs
pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sour cherries
Preparation

Beat 2 eggs and pinch of salt until foamy.
Beat in sugar, hot water, flour, baking powder and vanilla.
Fold in sour cherries. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
