Diane'S Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
6 oil packed anchovies, rinsed and chopped (optional)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg (raw or coddled 1 minute or use Second Nature egg substitute)
1/3 c. olive oil
1 head romaine lettuce
1 c. garlic and onion croutons
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In large bowl, mix garlic, salt, pepper, anchovies, lemon juice and egg.
Add olive oil and mix to combine.
Add lettuce and toss.
Add Parmesan cheese and croutons and toss again.
Serves 4.
