Cornmeal Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/3 c. shortening
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine
    dry ingredients. Cut in shortening until about pea size.
    Add\tmilk and stir until moist. Turn out on floured surface and knead about 20 times.
    Pat to 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with biscuit
    cutter.
    Bake
    in lightly greased baking pan at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
