Pumpkin Pie Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. butter or regular margarine
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar or less, if preferred
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp. butter or regular margarine
Preparation

Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and butter or margarine (first four ingredients).
Mix until crumbly.
Press into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
