Seafood Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sliced onion
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp. parsley flakes
butter
2 cans (6 1/2 oz. each) minced clams
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
cooked spaghetti (I use 3 c. broken pieces for this recipe)
butter
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute onion, garlic and parsley in butter until tender.
Drain clams and shrimp, reserving liquid so you have enough for 1 cup, or add water to make 1 cup.
Combine cornstarch and liquid, stirring until blended.
Add to butter and onion mixture and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Stir in clams and shrimp; heat to serving temperature.
Cook spaghetti; drain.
Toss hot spaghetti with small amount of butter and Parmesan cheese (use additional cheese, if desired).
