Tuna Croquettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tuna
1 medium potato, grated
1 egg
1 chopped onion
1 Tbsp. flour
dash of salt and pepper
cracker crumbs for coating
1 c. soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 beef tenderloin, whole and trimmed
1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 c. sherry
Preparation

Mix soy sauce, garlic, olive oil and sherry together and marinate tenderloin for several hours or overnight, turning several times.
When ready to cook, roast on rack in 425\u00b0 oven for 28 to 30 minutes.
Baste with marinade from time to time.
