Maui Pine Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco
    2 Tbsp. unsalted Macadamia nuts, finely chopped
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    3 Tbsp. cold milk
    8 oz. cream cheese, soften
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/3 c. Macadamia nuts, chopped
    1/3 c. drained crushed pineapple
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    3 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Put milk, sugar, salt and drained pineapple in saucepan; let come to near boil.
    Mix cornstarch and egg yolks together with 1 tablespoon water and add slowly to milk mixture, stirring constantly until thick, on low fire.
    Add butter and vanilla and remove immediately from heat.
    Cool about 1/2 hour in refrigerator.
