Poulet Margot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large chicken breasts, halved
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can white wine
1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice with herbs
1/2 pkg. fresh mushrooms, saute in wine
Preparation

Mix soups, rice, wine and mushrooms.
Pour over chicken and let stand 2 hours in refrigerator.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours uncovered.
Serves 6.
