Fruit Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small apple, cored and cut in wedges
    1 small pear, cored and cut in wedges
    lemon juice
    1 c. fresh pineapple chunks or 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    orange marmalade or pineapple preserves
Preparation
    Brush cut sides of apple and pear with lemon juice.
    Alternate the apple, pear and pineapple on four wooden skewers.
    Brush with marmalade.
    Broil alongside fish 4 inches from heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until heated through and slightly tender.
    Turn once. Serves 3.
