Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 link Polish sausage
    1 head cabbage
    8 c. rice, cooked for 5 minutes only and drained
    1 onion, diced and sauteed
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 (No. 8) cans tomato sauce (15 oz.)
    garlic powder or 2 sauteed cloves garlic
Preparation
    Put a large pot of water on and bring to a boil.
    Core, a little at a time, the cabbage and blanch just until leaves are fairly soft.
    Do not overcook.
    Continue to core and cook until all leaves are removed.
    Let cool down.
    In a bowl, take 8 cups of rice, onion, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well.
