Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped bananas
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, well beaten
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Sift flour before measuring.
Mix dry ingredients, then add rest of ingredients.
Pour into three greased and floured pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done in middle.
Be sure layers are completely cooled before frosting.
