Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 - 3 1/2 lb cut up broiler/fryer chicken
    1 Tbsp margarine
    2/3 c bisquick
    1 1/2 tsp paprika
    1 1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425 degrees.
    Remove skin from chicken (if desired).
    Melt margarine in oven in a rectangular 9x13 baking dish or pan.
    Mix bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Coat chicken with mixture and place skin side down in pan (pan and margarine should be hot).
    Bake uncovered 35 minutes, turn, bake about 15 minutes longer or until juice from chicken is no longer pink.
