Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed beef
    2 c. cubed carrots
    2 c. celery
    2 c. potatoes
    2 c. onion
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large roaster.
    Cook in oven at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
