Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    1 lb. stew beef, cut into bite size pieces
    2 medium potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
    2 stalks celery, cut in small pieces
    2 carrots, cut up small
    1 large can tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder (if desired)
Preparation
    Place in heavy duty foil.
    Divide stew meat, potatoes, onions, carrots and celery.
    Season each serving and divide the can of tomatoes over each.
    Place on a cookie sheet.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
