Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can corned beef
1 3/4 c. consomme
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. minced onions
2 Tbsp. green pepper
2 or 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. salad dressing
1 Tbsp. plain gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c. consomme
Preparation

Mix vinegar and salad dressing.
Add gelatin to heated consomme.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour in mold.
Chill until firm.
