Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 lb. fresh spinach and radicchio
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    2 small carrots, thinly sliced
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
    4 oz. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Shake mustard, olive oil and vinegar in tightly covered container.
    Divide into four parts and arrange on heat-proof dishes.
    Top each with red pepper, carrots, tomatoes and nuts. Top with your favorite grated cheese and warm in 425\u00b0 oven until cheese begins to melt.
