Artichoke Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 small jars artichoke hearts
Preparation

Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
Pour into small souffle dishes (about 6 ounces each). Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until top is golden. Serve warm with Wheat Thins or Triscuit crackers.
